As a Human Resources Business Partner at Sanctum Wealth Management, my role is multi-faceted. Given that we are a growing organisation, my endeavour is to design strong people practices that support business delivery, along with maintaining an emphasis on an employee value proposition that retains and attracts the right people. I am also involved in leading change management and enjoy designing HR interventions which can potentially amplify business success.
Each day at Sanctum is filled with new opportunities to learn and reflect, peppered with opportunities to apply design thinking and work on conceptual and analytical skills.
With over 9 years of experience in HR and having worked at Godrej, Wockhardt & Future Group, I have had an opportunity to contribute to Learning Organisation Development, and Talent Management and Engagement.
I acquired my Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
I strongly subscribe to the belief, “when you know your ‘why’, your ‘what’ has more impact, because you’re walking towards your purpose.”
At Sanctum Wealth Management, my role is to offer curated solutions to achieve client objectives and become their most trusted partner for today and tomorrow. I aim to help them achieve their financial goals and secure their legacies, maintaining the highest standards of conduct and service in all my activities.
Having been a part of the wealth management industry for over a decade, I possess a comprehensive understanding of diverse facets of financial planning, investments, banking, credit solutions, and succession planning. Over the years, I have built up a credible practice amongst the most respectable business families, senior corporate heads, and professionals.
I love traveling and am a voracious reader. I live by the quote “Today is better than yesterday but worse than tomorrow”.
